What we collect
Our partnership and investor forms ask for your name, email address, organisation, country or region, role, area of interest and a message. Emails you send us contain whatever you write.
Please do not include patient records, health history, test results or other sensitive health information. This website is not a patient portal or a clinical consultation service.
Where it goes
Emails to info@biomarkiq.com are handled by Google Workspace, our company email service. When online form delivery is enabled, our website host passes your enquiry to our Google Workspace email service for delivery to info@biomarkiq.com and atharva.joshi@biomarkiq.com. Enquiries are kept in our team email accounts, rather than a website spreadsheet. The website itself does not keep a copy. If a form cannot deliver your message, it offers to send it by email instead.
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which keeps standard technical logs of requests (such as IP address, browser and the page requested) to run and secure the service. Vercel and Google may process information outside India.
Why we use it
To reply to you, follow up on the conversation you started, and keep the website secure. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to respond and continue the conversation. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Cookies and third parties
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits, popular pages, referring sites, approximate visitor countries, and device/browser types. It does not use tracking cookies. We strip query strings and URL fragments from pageview URLs and do not send form contents to analytics. We also count investor, test-access and partnership link clicks, form starts, validation blocks, submission attempts and delivery outcomes. Email clicks are counted separately from delivered enquiries. These events contain only fixed audience and placement labels, never names, email addresses, message contents or medical information. They do not identify individual visitors. We honour browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. We do not use advertising trackers or a newsletter signup. Fonts and images are served from our own website. The VarSee Lung page includes a video shown in Google Drive’s player. It loads only when you press play, and Google may then set cookies under its own privacy policy. Links to other websites take you to services with their own practices.
