Biomarkiq Scientific Technologies Private Limited Announces Investment from Anand Deshpande and Sonali Anand Deshpande
Pune, India: Biomarkiq Scientific Technologies Private Limited (“BioMarkIQ”) is pleased to announce that it has secured an investment from Mr. Anand Deshpande and Mrs. Sonali Anand Deshpande through the issuance of convertible notes.
BioMarkIQ is a Pune-based healthcare technology start-up focused on developing an innovative diagnostic platform for cancer. The Company aims to leverage technology and scientific innovation to develop advanced diagnostic solutions and contribute to improving cancer detection and healthcare outcomes.
The investment marks an important milestone in BioMarkIQ’s growth journey and will support the Company’s continued focus on developing its diagnostic platform, advancing its research and development initiatives, and strengthening its technological capabilities.
The investment has been structured through convertible notes, which provide for conversion into equity shares of the Company in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions.
